YOUR STORY. CLEAR TERMS.

Terms of Service

1. The service and your agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of EZEPK at ezepk.com and form an agreement between you and Falls+Partners LLC (“EZEPK,” “we,” “us”). EZEPK is a product of Roots Music Rambler and Falls+Partners. It provides tools to draft, edit, host and share electronic press kits, optional AI-assisted research, and an opt-in artist directory. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices; it is not a blanket consent to optional tracking.

By affirmatively agreeing when registering or checking out, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you act for a band, artist or business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that account holder and supply its information. Do not use the service if you cannot agree.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account and contact information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for keeping copies of your important content. Verify your email before using features that require verification. Do not impersonate an artist, share access without authority, or use another person’s account.

Service, security, verification and billing notices may be delivered electronically to your account email or workspace. Keep that email current. Optional marketing is separate from necessary service messages.

3. Plans, features and limits

The current standard monthly prices are shown below. The price, billing interval, included features, currency and any applicable tax or additional charge shown to you before you confirm checkout govern your purchase.

Standard EZEPK membership plans (USD)
PlanMonthly priceImages / storageQuotes / coverage links / videos
Free$02 / 25 MB0 / 0 / 1
Emerging Artist$194 / 100 MB0 / 3 / 1
Breakout Artist$398 / 300 MB5 / 5 / 3
Super Star$59Unlimited count within 1 GBUnlimited count, subject to service limits

Free includes a short biography, streaming/social links, an EPK page and contact information. Emerging adds a longer biography and coverage links. Breakout adds the full editorial and credits sections. Super Star adds the available brand-customization controls. Current biography limits are 700 / 10,000 / 10,000 / 20,000 characters respectively. Monthly research allowances are 3 / 10 / 25 / 50 requests respectively, with separate offline draft-assembly allowances of the same size. System capacity and abuse controls also apply.

“Unlimited” means no fixed item-count cap in that category, not unlimited storage, file size, computing or AI usage. Uploaded images must be supported JPEG, PNG or WebP files, currently up to 5 MB each. Additional storage or other paid add-ons are charged only if separately offered and affirmatively purchased; we do not automatically bill storage overages. Features and limits displayed in your account help you review what can be published.

4. Monthly subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month at the price you accept until cancelled. You authorize Falls+Partners LLC, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the subscription and charges you approve. The Free plan does not automatically become paid. A paid plan starts only after you complete checkout and payment is confirmed.

Stripe securely processes payments and may apply its own terms to its services. Falls+Partners LLC may appear on billing screens, statements and receipts. We do not receive your full payment-card number or security code. You are responsible for applicable taxes disclosed at checkout and for keeping payment details current. If payment fails, access may return to Free limits until resolved. We may retry authorized charges through the payment provider.

We will give advance notice of a price increase or material paid-plan reduction, ordinarily at least 30 days before it affects a renewal and longer if required by law. You may cancel before it takes effect. We will seek renewed consent where legally required. Changes do not retroactively alter completed charges.

5. Cancellation, plan changes and refunds

Cancel online: sign in, open Billing, choose Manage payments & subscription, and select the cancellation option in Stripe. Complete the confirmation and keep the confirmation record. You may also email support@ezepk.com for cancellation help, including if you cannot sign in. No telephone call is required.

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain paid access until then. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid that renewal charge. Signing out, not using the service, removing an EPK, or requesting a change to a draft is not cancellation. A request to close your account also asks us to stop future subscription renewals.

Review the price, effective date and any prorated charge or credit shown in Stripe before confirming a plan change. A tier change may withdraw the published EPK and directory listing so you can review and republish within the new limits; saved private draft content is retained unless you request deletion or retention is otherwise no longer appropriate.

Except where law requires otherwise, a stated offer provides a refund, or we agree in writing, paid billing periods are not refundable merely because you stop using the service, and unused time does not automatically receive a prorated refund. Contact us promptly about billing errors, unauthorized charges or service problems; this does not shorten your legal dispute or refund rights. We will provide refunds or remedies required by law. If we permanently discontinue a paid service before the end of a prepaid period without your breach, we will refund the unused portion.

Mandatory consumer rights prevail. These terms do not exclude statutory cooling-off/withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, or other non-waivable protections. Where an EEA or UK consumer has a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, it remains available unless a lawful exception applies; agreeing to these terms alone does not waive it. Email us an unambiguous withdrawal request within the applicable period. Any charge for service already supplied must be permitted by applicable law.

6. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in your biographies, music, photographs, artwork, trademarks and other content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license only as needed to operate the service you request: store, back up, format, resize, process and display content, and distribute the EPK or directory listing you choose to publish. Our service providers may perform these functions for us. We do not receive ownership of your music or artist identity, and this license does not authorize unrelated endorsements or advertising using your private content.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit or publish, including photos, artwork, quotations, names and likenesses, professional contacts, third-party text and linked material. Attribution is not a substitute for permission. Use accurate credits, distinguish press releases from independent media coverage, and do not fabricate endorsements or reviews. Publishing permission is separate from your directory opt-in.

The service license ends when the relevant content is removed, except for restricted backups, legally required records and processing needed to fulfill outstanding obligations. Copies already lawfully obtained by visitors are not recalled automatically. EZEPK’s software, templates, site design and branding remain ours or our licensors’; access to a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform.

7. AI suggestions and editorial responsibility

EPiK uses supplied information and public sources to suggest draft content. It may omit facts, confuse artists, misquote sources, or otherwise be inaccurate. You must review identity, sources, factual claims, contacts, quotations and rights before saving or publishing. Nothing is published solely because an AI suggests it. Do not submit confidential third-party information to research tools without authority.

To the extent we have transferable rights in generated output, you may use that output in your EPK and artist promotion, subject to these terms and third-party rights. We do not promise that AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of others’ rights. EZEPK is not a booking agency, publicist or talent representative and does not guarantee bookings, interviews, placements, income, rankings or audience growth.

8. Publishing, directory and third-party services

Your draft remains private until you approve publication. A published EPK can be viewed by anyone with its URL. The directory is optional and does not constitute our endorsement of an artist. Directory removal does not unpublish the EPK. Contact support to withdraw an EPK or close your account.

External websites, Spotify, YouTube, Stripe and other services operate independently. Their availability, content and terms may change. You must comply with relevant third-party terms; we cannot promise uninterrupted embeds, accessible research sources or continued third-party features.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use EZEPK for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, harassing or exploitative content; impersonation; unauthorized disclosure of personal information; malware, phishing or spam; unauthorized access or security testing; bypassing quotas or payment controls; or abusive automated activity that disrupts the service. Do not upload material you lack authority to use. These restrictions do not limit lawful reporting of security issues, legally protected criticism, or rights that cannot be restricted by contract.

10. Copyright and other complaints

Report suspected infringement, impersonation or inappropriate disclosure to support@ezepk.com. Identify the EPK URL and specific material, explain your rights or concern, and include contact information and supporting evidence. For a copyright complaint, include identification of the copyrighted work, the material’s location, your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We may seek additional information and contact the account holder where appropriate.

We may remove or restrict disputed material and suspend repeat infringers where appropriate. An affected account holder may contact us with evidence or a request for review. This general reporting contact does not represent that we have registered a statutory DMCA designated agent.

11. Suspension and ending service

We may restrict content or suspend an account for a material breach, nonpayment, a credible security threat, legal requirements or substantial service abuse. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow a chance to correct it; urgent harm or legal restrictions may require immediate action. Contact support to request review.

You can stop using EZEPK, cancel a paid subscription, and request account closure. We will not continue future renewals after an effective closure request. Save copies of your work before closure. The Privacy Policy governs retention and deletion. Payment obligations already properly incurred, necessary content-license exceptions, liability provisions and dispute provisions survive termination to the extent relevant.

12. Service standards and liability

We aim to provide a useful, secure service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free research or a particular promotional result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not remove any statutory quality standards, express commitments, or consumer guarantees that apply.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid EZEPK in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. They do not reduce amounts we are required to refund.

13. Disputes and general terms

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not require you to delay a legal deadline or give up access to a regulator or court. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver in these terms. Applicable mandatory consumer laws remain in force, including any right to bring a claim in your home courts.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the purchase terms clearly disclosed at checkout govern the service. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transfer without reducing your mandatory rights.

14. Changes and contact

We will post revised terms with an effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively. Where affirmative agreement is required, we will request it before applying those changes. Earlier agreements are not treated as retroactively accepted merely because a new page is posted. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the affected service and cancel future renewals, without losing non-waivable rights.
